Free Standard Shipping applies to ALL orders shipped to a physical address for the contiguous 48 states.

Free Expedited 2 Day Shipping for ALL orders over $150 within the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping Times

Free Standard Shipping: It takes 3 to 6 business days to deliver the order to the customer with our Free Standard shipping. We reach 80% of the continental US within 3-4 days.

Free Expedited Shipping: In 99% of the cases, we will get the product picked, packed, and shipped to arrive no later than 2 business days after the order is shipped out.

Delivery times are estimates only and are affected by weather conditions and other unexpected events.

Delivery times are counted as Business Days only and the count only starts once a package is shipped which could be delayed due to inventory status.

If an order is placed for an item that we have in stock we will usually ship the order out within 1 to 2 business days.

If we have to make or order in an item which we did not have in stock we do so as promptly as possible as to not hold up your orders and you will be notified immediately.

Shipping Details

Our goal at is to provide friendly customer service, quality candles and accessories, and fast shipping to our web customers.

To prevent causes of fraud or payment issues, we may request customers submit proof of credit card and/or of business to verify authorized payment and ownership BEFORE shipment. We must receive verified confirmation between Biller and Receiver before we will ship the order. This is to prevent unnecessary charge-backs and for the security and safety of all our customers.

Refunds and Returns

Customers have the option to return all unused products for a full-refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a full money back refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, you would be responsible for the ACTUAL shipping cost back of the products back to you.

Damaged Goods

If there is damage to the package noticed during receipt of the order please inspect the items with the carrier driver. Have the driver note the damage.

You must report any damages, errors, shortages, etc. within 15 days from receipt of the product. We will replace any items damaged in transit.
